There is no one I’ve come across who never talks about what they wish they could achieve. For the most part people talk about success and their actions are targeted towards that in whatever way possible. Manifestation meditation starts and ends with certain processes. The very first step involves going to a quiet place like the beach in the morning. Once you’re in a quiet place think about what you really want from life. This is achieved by reflecting on your past and figuring out what worked best for you and what. You should then write that down on a neat piece of paper you will pin up on a wall somewhere in the house.

Manifestation meditation is about concentrating a dominant thought in your mind and becoming one with it. Sit down again in a quiet area and just relax. This calming down has an effect of consolidating your dreams and laying them down in the proper format for your mind to absorb. In addition to this you can combine your vision of success with an image that fills you with compassion, the energy is said to be a powerful ingredient to the success you want.

Start imagining your success in your meditative state. Picture yourself successful with all the things you might have written down and pay attention to detail. Hold this image in your head and keep it there for the remaining minutes of your meditation session.

In addition to this you had better find pictures associated with your vision of success. These images are the ones you must stick to the paper you wrote down your dreams on. Lastly, you must think about your success for the whole day in a healthy manner, don’t over indulge.
